Impact of Service Pressures Survey

This is an anonymous survey that aims to understand how doctors may be affected by health service pressures.

If you are not a doctor you can still view the questions but do not submit answers

Dear Esteemed Medical Colleague,

I invite you to participate in an important (totally anonymous) survey aimed at understanding the impact of service pressures on medical practice within the NHS and private sector health services.

As a qualified medical doctor, your insights are invaluable for shedding light on this critical issue that affects not only healthcare professionals but also the quality of patient care.

What the Survey Entails

The survey consists of a series of questions divided into 15 key areas, ranging from "Impact on Clinical Decision-Making" to "Policy and Systemic Changes." Each question is designed for a Likert scale response. All you need to do is tick some boxes and then a submit button. The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. The questions are good for reflective practice.

Why Your Participation Matters

Our health services are facing serious pressures, including staffing shortages and resource limitations, have been mounting. These pressures have potential implications for clinical decision-making, ethical considerations, and overall well-being for medical doctors at all levels of seniority. Your participation will contribute to a body of empirical data that is currently limited but essential for informed policy discussions and systemic improvements.

Confidentiality and Ethical Considerations

Please be assured that you are not asked for any personal or identifying details. In other words, this is totally anonymous.

I encourage you to take the time to complete this survey. Your voice matters, and your shared experiences and opinions can provide invaluable insights into the challenges and compromises that may occur due to service pressures within the public or private sector health services.

Thank you for considering this invitation. Your contribution has the potential to effect meaningful change in our healthcare systems.

Kind Regards

Dr Russell Lutchman
